abstract:
The School of Celtic Studies, the home of Irish Script on Screen, holds four Irish manuscripts. The Ó Catháin Manuscript was donated to the School by Sheila Falconer in 1982. The Ó Fearaoill Manuscript was bequeathed to the School by the late Fr Patrick Ignatius McLoughlin.

Professor Edgar Slotkin, University of Cincinnati, worked at DIAS during the academic year 1997-1998. In appreciation he bequeathed two Irish Manuscripts, Dunnington MS 1&2, to the School of Celtic Studies. His wife, Valerie Shesko emailed Professor Liam Breatnach in June 2017 and delivery was arranged in July 2017. Also included were annotated papers which have been added to the MacCana archive.
